Dave Snehal - Co-Founder & Managing partner
A commercial real estate agent/investor, Based in Chicago, Dave helps clients accumulate
wealth through different facets of real estate investing. Always holding client satisfaction as
his highest priority, Dave works hard to make the acquisition, disposition and equity
investment experience as efficient, informative, productive, and enjoyable as possible.
Clients working with him never fail to appreciate his compassion, professional integrity and
commitment to helping them achieve their goals.
Dave has extensive knowledge and experience that allows him to handle a wide range of clients and situations. Whether clients are seasoned investors or new entrepreneurs, Dave is committed to provide them with a high level of guidance.
He values his clients and strives to build strong, lasting relationships that go far beyond business. He understands how much clients and their families put on the line when they invest in real estate. That’s why he works closely with them every step of the way, making the otherwise overwhelming process, stress-free. When Dave isn’t hard at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife Shelly and daughter Trinity. He has a passion for staying active in biking, hiking, running, kayaking, and playing softball. He aspires to make an impact by donating time and resources to local and national causes such as Habitat for humanity, DuPage Pads, Packages4Patriots and St Jude’s Children Hospital.

Parag Dave - Co-Founder and Managing Partner
Parag is an entrepreneur with a degree in Biology from Northern Illinois University. He’s
developed sales and project management skills through his flooring business, D&D
Carpets. Collaborating with many realtors, investors, property managers, and apartment
complexes since the age of 24, he values the power of a relationship based business
model. Parag is also a General Partner in two hospitality assets located in the Chicago
area. While taking on the role of director of operations in the motels, he has excelled by
implementing new processes and repositioning the asset through capital improvements.
Parag is poised to grow his portfolio with additional commercial real estate assets and make
a meaningful, positive impact in the daily lives of his employees, investors, and partners.
Parag is married to his wife Niketa since 2019. They welcomed twin boys Kayden & Krish to
their family in July 2021. He enjoys donating his time and resources to many causes
including Feed my Starving Children and his neighborhood Senior Center. In his leisure,
Parag enjoys cycling, hiking, playing baseball, basketball, and cooking.

Edward Mozel - Strategic Advisor
Ed has been a real estate investor since 1981 with a focus on multifamily apartments
since 2017. He is currently a general partner in 14 multifamily assets consisting of 1,278
units.
Ed is a CRE coach, hosts a weekly multifamily investor Meetup and is a member of an
elite nationwide mastermind group.
While proudly serving in the US Navy for 6 years, he met his wife Pilar and they have
been married over 41 years. They are proud parents to 3 beautiful daughters and
recently welcomed a new grandson.
Ed retired as Chief Engineer with a 10-time Emmy Award winning TV show in 2015 to
dedicate more time to real estate and his family.
